If Instagram live is not showing up on your account, then
1. Update your Instagram app.
2. It is not possible that if your any following goes live and it’s not showing in your account. Instagram always send a notification to the followers that they can watch it.
3. If you know that your friend is live and it’s not showing on the top then, you can search his/her name in search section. Open the profile and watch him live there.
